Paul Z. Lewis was born in Brookline, Massachusetts and attended Bowdoin College (A.B., 1958), Phi Beta Kappa, and Harvard University (LL.B., 1962). He is admitted to the bar in New York, District of Columbia and New Jersey. He has served as counsel to the nationally recognized Commission on County and Municipal Government Studies chartered by the New Jersey State Senate. He is a member of numerous United States District Court and Court of Appeals bars, the United States Court of Claims, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. He is an active member of the American Arbitration Association, the American Bar Association Sections for Business Law and for Litigation, Tort and Insurance Law, and a number of American Bar Association specialty sub-committees on litigation and construction. Mr. Lewis practices in corporate, government contract and labor- employment law and, throughout his career, has specialized in the conduct and management of complex domestic and international commercial and construction litigation and arbitration. Michael F. McKenna was born in New York, New York and attended Manhattan College (B.S.C.E., 1973) and Pace University (J.D., 1980). He was admitted to the state and federal bars in New Jersey in 1980, in New York in 1981, and in Florida in 1982. He is a member of a number of United States District Court and Court of Appeals bars. Prior to joining the firm, he was a consulting engineer with a major design firm, and Project Manager for a large commercial construction company. He is a member of the American Bar Association Forum Committee on the Construction Industry, Chairman of the New Jersey Public Contract and Construction Section, New York Bar Committee on Construction Litigation, Florida Trial Lawyer Section, and First Past-President of the Out-of-State Practitioners Section of the Florida Bar. He is an associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is a master in the Vanderbilt Inn of the Court. He is an Editor of an omnibus text for the New Jersey Continuing Legal Education section of the New Jersey Bar on New Jersey Construction Law. He is the author of a number of articles on construction law and has given numerous seminars for the New Jersey Bar Association on New Jersey Construction Law and has been a guest lecturer at Rutgers Law School.
