Construction
The firm has regularly serviced companies, professional firms, and agencies engaged in the heavy construction and building construction industries. It provides advice and represents parties at all levels of both the private and public sectors, including contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners and developers.

Business Law
The firm advises corporations, partnerships and joint ventures on a variety of structural, financial and organizational matters. The firm works regularly with these business entities to formulate and develop policies and procedures, to prepare and administer internal and external contracts, trusts and other instrumental arrangements and to monitor the entities' various methods of corporate governance. The firm has counseled public and closely-held businesses in corporate structuring, including reorganizations, spin-offs and acquisitions. It also is regularly employed in the adjudication of disputes arising out of matters involving corporate governance, market shares, executive compensation, commercial transactions, and inter- corporate relations.

Government Contracts
Many of our clients regularly provide services or products to public agencies. A significant portion of the practice is dedicated to advising our clients on soliciting, bidding and doing business with government agencies at federal, state and local levels and in resolving disputes with contracting officers, agency boards, common law courts and the United States Court of Claims and the Federal Circuit.

Litigation
The firm is regularly involved in adjudication of complex litigation in the state, federal and from time to time, international judicial systems. The predominant areas of involvement are with construction law, insurance defense, municipal law and commercial issues. As a result of its considerable experience in state and federal courts in a wide spectrum of geographical venues, the firm has developed a strong sensitivity to the increasingly sophisticated and intricate procedural obstacles and opportunities existing in both in- court and out-of-court settings. The firm also frequently appears before administrative and regulatory boards and tribunals convened by state, federal and international authorities.
